Submit a commission either via email to [email protected] or send me a message with your commission details on discord at ruruchiixx.
I will contact you via your preferred communication method: Discord/Email/Twitter, if you have stated it in your commission, to discuss more details of your request and provide you with a final cost quotation.
If both parties agree to proceed, an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal for your payment.
Upon receiving your payment, I will start to work on your commission.
You will receive a Google Drive link to preview the completed commission, for your confirmation. You may request for up to 2 rounds of revisions before incurring revision charges.
After your confirmation, you will receive the completed work either via your chosen communication method or Google Drive link (if the file size exceeds max limit).

By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following terms of service:
I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.
Please credit me if you use or post any material or work commissioned from me.
I am allowed to post all commissions to my social media platforms. If you want me to refrain posting it until a certain date, please let me know prior to the completion of the commission. If you do not want me to post on my social media at all, you must let me know during Step 2 (Discussion Phase) and an additional fee of $5 will be charged.
Prices include personal use of the commission, such as uploading onto Youtube or on streams. You will have to pay for commercial use of the commission, such as using it in paid games or softwares.
All commissions must be paid upfront in full (unless otherwise agreed).
All payments made are non-refundable.
If I decide I'm unable to finish your commission, I will refund you the full amount.
You may ask for updates at any point in time.
